EnrichBuild / Systems / Truck pre-trip inspections
Pre-trips that are done, on file and audit-ready.
A daily trip inspection is valid for a maximum of 24 hours. When the paper book is missing or incomplete, you get findings at a roadside check or an NSC audit, and a truck parked until it's sorted.
The headache
What it looks like today
- Paper inspection books go missing or get filled in after the fact.
- Defects reported by drivers never reach the shop.
- Audit prep means digging through glove boxes.
- No one can see which units ran without a valid inspection.
How it works
From the field to done.
- 01
Inspect
The driver completes the pre-trip on a phone, following the Schedule 1 items for that vehicle.
- 02
Route
Defects go straight to the shop with photos.
- 03
Flag
A unit with a major defect stays flagged until it's repaired and signed off.
- 04
Keep
Every inspection is stored with a timestamp, driver and unit, ready for an audit.
What you get
Live in 2 weeks.
It starts as a fixed-fee, 30-day pilot on one crew or one client, from $2,500. We measure before and after, and you keep everything we build: the code, the data and the accounts.
- A phone pre-trip form per vehicle type
- A defect-to-shop workflow
- Out-of-service flags
- A missed-inspection report
- An audit-ready inspection history
Questions
Straight answers.
Does it replace our ELD?
No. Hours of service stay in your ELD. This covers the inspection and defect side.
Can it cover CVIP due dates too?
Yes. CVIP and other periodic inspections can be tracked per unit alongside the daily pre-trips.
