Every dollar a service company bills starts on a labour, equipment and material ticket. When that ticket comes back unsigned, missing the AFE, or retyped a week later, your cash waits on paperwork. We build the system that closes that gap in two to three weeks.

How it works

Capture
The crew fills the LEM on a phone or tablet: who worked, how long, what equipment ran, what materials were used. It works offline and syncs later.

Sign
The client's field rep signs on the screen at the site, so there's no chasing signatures by email.

Check
The system checks for the AFE, PO, well and cost centre that each operator requires, and flags anything missing before it leaves the field.

Price
Lines are priced against your MSA rate sheet, and anything that doesn't match the rate sheet gets flagged.

Invoice
An invoice package is built the same day and exported to your accounting system or uploaded to the client's portal.

We already use OpenInvoice or another portal. Does this replace it?
No. This covers the step before the portal: getting a complete, signed, correctly coded ticket out of the field. The invoice package goes into the portal you already use.
What if our crews won't use an app?
The form is one screen and works offline, with no login on the truck. The pilot tracks adoption from day one, and if crews don't use it, we fix it or stop.
